1Mastering the principles of science and technology of agricultural products.Mastering knowledge of the principles of agricultural product science (chemistry and analysis of agricultural products, microbiology and food safety, processing engineering of agricultural products, food biochemistry and nutrition) to be formulated in an integrated and sustainable process design technique.
2Able to design and implement a process of processing agricultural products in a sustainable manner.Have the ability to design a process of adding value to agricultural products based on the principles of sustainable agricultural product technology by integrating various operating units to produce safe, nutritious and quality agricultural products.
3Able to plan, implement, control and perfect the management of the agricultural product processing industry in a sustainable manner. .Have the ability to communicate orally and in writing about technical and non-technical aspects, think critically and be responsible for their work independently, work in teams, interact with people from different backgrounds, be skilled in organizing and leading in various situations, utilizing resources sources of information, and have a commitment to professionalism and ethical values.
4Able to capture and take advantage of business opportunities/business processes of the agricultural product processing industry.Have the ability to develop an entrepreneurial spirit/character, and be ready to become an entrepreneur.
