{"id":2856,"date":"2021-09-29T15:37:15","date_gmt":"2021-09-29T08:37:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/thp-unila\/?page_id=2856"},"modified":"2021-09-29T16:17:00","modified_gmt":"2021-09-29T09:17:00","slug":"strategi-pencapaian","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/thp.fp.unila.ac.id\/en\/strategi-pencapaian\/","title":{"rendered":"Achievement Strategy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Strategies to achieve educational goals<\/strong>, that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Improving the quality of prospective students through various promotions;<\/li><li>Maintain the relevance of the curriculum to suit the needs of the community by improving and updating learning materials;<\/li><li>Increase the number and quality of learning facilities and infrastructure;<\/li><li>Improving the quality of the learning process on an ongoing basis;<\/li><li>Implementing an education quality assurance system (lectures, academic guidance, final task\/thesis guidance) that is planned, gradual, systematic, and sustainable;<\/li><li>Improving the teaching ability of lecturers;<ol><li>Improving lecturer competence through learning assignments and&nbsp;<em>training;<\/em><\/li><li>Implement&nbsp;<em>tracer study<\/em>&nbsp;(tracking studies) that are more consistent and follow the programs that have been developed by dikti (<a href=\"http:\/\/evaluasi.pdpt.dikti.go.id\/%20tracerstudy\/\">http:\/\/evaluasi.pdpt.dikti.go.id\/ tracerstudy\/<\/a>);<\/li><li>Facilitating student extra-curricular activities in order to improve&nbsp;<em>soft skill<\/em>&nbsp;graduates so that the waiting period for work is shortened and the number of graduates' first earnings increases; and<\/li><li>Fostering good relations with alumni associations in order to obtain feedback and make it easier for graduates to work (become entrepreneurs) or get jobs (become employees).<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strategies to achieve research and community service goals<\/strong>, that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Improving the ability of lecturers to write research\/community service grant proposals;<\/li><li>Providing research\/community service grants to young lecturers to motivate and provide experience in conducting research\/community service;<\/li><li>Socializing and motivating lecturers to actively participate in research\/community service grants funded by the Higher Education and\/or other agencies, both domestic and foreign;<\/li><li>Encouraging lecturers to work together in conducting research\/community service with lecturers or researchers from other institutions;<\/li><li>Requiring lecturers to carry out at least one research or community service within one year;<\/li><li>Motivate lecturers to involve students in research\/community service;<\/li><li>Implementing a research\/community service quality assurance system in a planned, systematic, gradual, and sustainable manner;<\/li><li>Improving research facilities\/infrastructure\/community service;<\/li><li>Publish scientific journals registered with the Higher Education to facilitate the publication of research results by lecturers and\/or students who have not been able to publish in accredited (national or international) scientific journals.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Give awards to lecturers who are able to publish their research results in reputable international journals (have&nbsp;<em>impact factor<\/em>&nbsp;or enrolled in&nbsp;<em>s<\/em><em>copus<\/em><em>, google scholar&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em>and others);<\/li><li>Improving students' ability to obtain grants for the Student Creativity Program (PKM) from the Directorate of Higher Education; and<\/li><li>Assist and facilitate students who are able to win PKM grants.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strategies to achieve goals in areas of cooperation<\/strong>, that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Implementing a quality assurance system for cooperation that is planned, directed, systematic, and sustainable so that the cooperation partners feel satisfied and their cooperation can be improved;<\/li><li>Improving the quality of results of higher education tridarma so that other institutions feel satisfied working with THP PS;<\/li><li>Offer mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of THP to other institutions; and<\/li><li>Improve ability in writing competitive grant proposals for institutions (College Competitive Grant Program; Career Center Grant Program and&nbsp;<em>Tracer Study<\/em>\/PKTS; study program quality assurance grants; competency-based curriculum revision grants) from the Higher Education or other institutions.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strategi untuk mencapai sasaran bidang pendidikan, yaitu: Meningkatkan mutu calon mahasiswa melalui beragam promosi;
