Strategies to achieve educational goals<\/strong>, that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Improving the quality of prospective students through various promotions;<\/li>
  2. Maintain the relevance of the curriculum to suit the needs of the community by improving and updating learning materials;<\/li>
  3. Increase the number and quality of learning facilities and infrastructure;<\/li>
  4. Improving the quality of the learning process on an ongoing basis;<\/li>
  5. Implementing an education quality assurance system (lectures, academic guidance, final task\/thesis guidance) that is planned, gradual, systematic, and sustainable;<\/li>
  6. Improving the teaching ability of lecturers;
    1. Improving lecturer competence through learning assignments and training;<\/em><\/li>
    2. Implement tracer study<\/em> (tracking studies) that are more consistent and follow the programs that have been developed by dikti (http:\/\/evaluasi.pdpt.dikti.go.id\/ tracerstudy\/<\/a>);<\/li>
    3. Facilitating student extra-curricular activities in order to improve soft skill<\/em> graduates so that the waiting period for work is shortened and the number of graduates' first earnings increases; and<\/li>
    4. Fostering good relations with alumni associations in order to obtain feedback and make it easier for graduates to work (become entrepreneurs) or get jobs (become employees).<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Strategies to achieve research and community service goals<\/strong>, that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Improving the ability of lecturers to write research\/community service grant proposals;<\/li>
      2. Providing research\/community service grants to young lecturers to motivate and provide experience in conducting research\/community service;<\/li>
      3. Socializing and motivating lecturers to actively participate in research\/community service grants funded by the Higher Education and\/or other agencies, both domestic and foreign;<\/li>
      4. Encouraging lecturers to work together in conducting research\/community service with lecturers or researchers from other institutions;<\/li>
      5. Requiring lecturers to carry out at least one research or community service within one year;<\/li>
      6. Motivate lecturers to involve students in research\/community service;<\/li>
      7. Implementing a research\/community service quality assurance system in a planned, systematic, gradual, and sustainable manner;<\/li>
      8. Improving research facilities\/infrastructure\/community service;<\/li>
      9. Publish scientific journals registered with the Higher Education to facilitate the publication of research results by lecturers and\/or students who have not been able to publish in accredited (national or international) scientific journals.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        1. Give awards to lecturers who are able to publish their research results in reputable international journals (have impact factor<\/em> or enrolled in s<\/em>copus<\/em>, google scholar  <\/em>and others);<\/li>
        2. Improving students' ability to obtain grants for the Student Creativity Program (PKM) from the Directorate of Higher Education; and<\/li>
        3. Assist and facilitate students who are able to win PKM grants.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Strategies to achieve goals in areas of cooperation<\/strong>, that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Implementing a quality assurance system for cooperation that is planned, directed, systematic, and sustainable so that the cooperation partners feel satisfied and their cooperation can be improved;<\/li>
          2. Improving the quality of results of higher education tridarma so that other institutions feel satisfied working with THP PS;<\/li>
          3. Offer mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of THP to other institutions; and<\/li>
          4. Improve ability in writing competitive grant proposals for institutions (College Competitive Grant Program; Career Center Grant Program and Tracer Study<\/em>\/PKTS; study program quality assurance grants; competency-based curriculum revision grants) from the Higher Education or other institutions.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
