Strategies to achieve educational goals, that is:
- Improving the quality of prospective students through various promotions;
- Maintain the relevance of the curriculum to suit the needs of the community by improving and updating learning materials;
- Increase the number and quality of learning facilities and infrastructure;
- Improving the quality of the learning process on an ongoing basis;
- Implementing an education quality assurance system (lectures, academic guidance, final task/thesis guidance) that is planned, gradual, systematic, and sustainable;
- Improving the teaching ability of lecturers;
- Improving lecturer competence through learning assignments and training;
- Implement tracer study (tracking studies) that are more consistent and follow the programs that have been developed by dikti (http://evaluasi.pdpt.dikti.go.id/ tracerstudy/);
- Facilitating student extra-curricular activities in order to improve soft skill graduates so that the waiting period for work is shortened and the number of graduates' first earnings increases; and
- Fostering good relations with alumni associations in order to obtain feedback and make it easier for graduates to work (become entrepreneurs) or get jobs (become employees).
Strategies to achieve research and community service goals, that is:
- Improving the ability of lecturers to write research/community service grant proposals;
- Providing research/community service grants to young lecturers to motivate and provide experience in conducting research/community service;
- Socializing and motivating lecturers to actively participate in research/community service grants funded by the Higher Education and/or other agencies, both domestic and foreign;
- Encouraging lecturers to work together in conducting research/community service with lecturers or researchers from other institutions;
- Requiring lecturers to carry out at least one research or community service within one year;
- Motivate lecturers to involve students in research/community service;
- Implementing a research/community service quality assurance system in a planned, systematic, gradual, and sustainable manner;
- Improving research facilities/infrastructure/community service;
- Publish scientific journals registered with the Higher Education to facilitate the publication of research results by lecturers and/or students who have not been able to publish in accredited (national or international) scientific journals.
- Give awards to lecturers who are able to publish their research results in reputable international journals (have impact factor or enrolled in scopus, google scholar and others);
- Improving students' ability to obtain grants for the Student Creativity Program (PKM) from the Directorate of Higher Education; and
- Assist and facilitate students who are able to win PKM grants.
Strategies to achieve goals in areas of cooperation, that is:
- Implementing a quality assurance system for cooperation that is planned, directed, systematic, and sustainable so that the cooperation partners feel satisfied and their cooperation can be improved;
- Improving the quality of results of higher education tridarma so that other institutions feel satisfied working with THP PS;
- Offer mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of THP to other institutions; and
- Improve ability in writing competitive grant proposals for institutions (College Competitive Grant Program; Career Center Grant Program and Tracer Study/PKTS; study program quality assurance grants; competency-based curriculum revision grants) from the Higher Education or other institutions.
