Jurnal Teknologi dan Industri Pertanian contains and publishes all aspects of agro-industry in studies in the form of research results and scientific reviews in the field of agricultural product industry.
The scope of the journal topics covers all aspects of science, technology, and the agricultural industry. Topics cover basic and applied aspects of processing, preservation, storage, nutritional evaluation, food safety, supervision, management and quality testing as well as other information in the development of science, technology and the agricultural industry. Jurnal Teknologi dan Industri Hasil Pertanian is published twice a year, namely in March and September.
