Legalized Entrustment Services

Greetings to all alumni,
 
In connection with the needs of alumni regarding the legalization of several files on campus, and given the busyness of alumni at work, to save time, we offer legalization entrusted services. This service will be carried out by younger siblings of THP students. The administration only helps submit alumni files to legalized jastip agents.
 
So, every alumni who registers for legalization will be connected to one student who will then handle the legalization process for each alumni file until it's finished (if it's far away, it can be repackaged).
 
Instead, alumni are charged with fees incurred by the agency during the legalization process such as:

1. Photocopy of as many files as needed (if alumni only provide files)
2. Purchase as many folders as file types
3. The legalization fee is charged by the Faculty/University
4. Tired money for agents (students who help legalize), sincerely go directly to agents (without going through administration).

If remote, files can be emailed/waded to admin/packaged.
 
Legalizable file types:

1. Certificate of diploma
2. Transcript (include original)
3. Study Program Accreditation Certificate
4. University Accreditation Certificate

 
The fee charged for 1 copy of the file is IDR 1,500.
 
Additional info:
Especially for the legalization of accreditation certificates, if what alumni need is legalization from the Central BAN-PT, then it can be sent directly to BAN-PT via post.
