The Department of Agricultural Product Technology (THP) again won the trust of the Ministry of Research and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti) after the proposed opening of the Agricultural Industrial Technology Study Program (TIP Study Program) received approval. This can be seen through the Directorate of Higher Education Institutional Development Information System of the Ministry of Research and Technology (http://silemkerma.dikti.go.id). Previously, the Prodi's proposal had been sent by the Task Force for the opening of the TIP Study Program on February 24, 2016 via letter No.1311/UN26/DT/2016. Acceptance of students will begin after the permission to administer the study program is stipulated by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.
With this development, the Faculty of Agriculture's THP Department Study Program, which previously consisted of S1 THP, Masters in Agricultural Industry Technology and Masters in Food Technology, has added one more study program.
