SCHEDULE OF LECTURE/RESPONSE/PRACTICUM OF THP AND TIP PS ODD SEMESTER FY 2019/2020

In connection with the commencement of Odd Semester lectures for the 2019/2020 Academic Year, we hereby ask the Head of the Department to convey to Educators and Education Staff some of the following information:

1. Lectures will start on Monday, 19 August 2019;
2. Inputting or Entering Lecture Schedules for Odd Semester Academic Year 2019/2020 through the Study Program/Department Head menu from 1 to 29 July 2019;
3. Initial Lecture Monev and Practicum/Response will be carried out for five weeks of Lectures;
4. Class Schedule can be downloaded New 1920 Odd THP schedule ODD THP SCHEDULE and  Late 1920 TIP Odd Schedule
5. Filling out the Study Plan Card
6. Old Student July 29 s.d. August 9, 2019;
7. New Student August 22 to.d. Sept. 6, 2019;
8. Students who are late when filling out KRS due to delays in paying SPP should make a letter of request for filling in KRS addressed to the Head of Study Program/Head of Department known to the Academic Advisor and attach a legalized copy of the 2019/2020 Odd SPP Payment Slip;
9. The person in charge of the course is asked to submit the Semester Learning Plan (Syllabus, Lecture Unit, Outline of the Teaching Program) to the Department Admin for Remuneration purposes;
10. Department Administration to prepare attendance list based on DNK.
